About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Communications department. As a front-line specialist, you'll represent PPD and our clients by providing concise, accurate, and non-promotional information regarding our medicinal products or devices to healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and documenting medical information enquiries through various communication channels
- Triaging and responding to medical enquiries using client-approved resources
- Identifying, capturing, reporting, and following up on adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established timelines and organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining and demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
- Attending team and client meetings
- Performing assigned peer quality reviews
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry)
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
