Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and team. As a key member of our Digital and Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Social Media Marketing Specialists and ensuring consistency across all campaign plans and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a team of Social Media Marketing Specialists to ensure consistency and quality across all campaign plans
  • Coordinate and quality-check team performance to drive results across key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Own and manage key social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Develop and implement A/B testing initiatives to drive performance and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
