About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Guestwise. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer engagement through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their marketing goals and objectives
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive conversions and incremental revenue
  • Work closely with our product team to inform the product roadmap and identify feature enhancements
  • Ensure that every customer is leveraging the platform to drive incremental revenue and value

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a focus on driving revenue and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from marketing performance data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with different marketing platforms for running PPC, direct-marketing (email, SMS) and other types of marketing campaigns

  • A competitive annual salary of £35,000 - £55,000
