Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Timetabling Administrator to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a key member of our academic operations team, you will be responsible for producing and supporting the academic timetable using Syllabus Plus software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Timetabling Manager and other team members to produce and support the academic timetable.
  • Resolve conflicts promptly and efficiently using Syllabus Plus software.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the timetabling process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in timetabling or resource scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of the Student Record System's processes and setup.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with Tribal SITS Student Record System or Syllabus Plus timetabling software.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and bring innovative ideas to improve the students' and academics' experience.
