Branch Coordinator Opportunity

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team. As a key liaison between the crew and operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with customer services and operations management teams to provide guidance on relocation timetables and plans.
  • Monitor equipment, standards, and gate operations for vehicles to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Document crew working hours to ensure accurate data records and compliance with WTD hours.
  • Supervise and create load lists to guarantee that cars are ready and loaded for relocation.
  • Monitor crew performance on all jobs, communicating frequently with the teams to offer support and guidance.
  • Manage outside labor, including contractor and agency workers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
