Branch Coordinator Job Description

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient operations and executing moves from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the crew and operations department, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with customer services and operations management teams to provide guidance on relocation timetables and plans.
  • Anticipate client demands and provide constructive solutions to guarantee high service delivery standards.
  • Dispatch, brief, and debrief the crew before and after each move to ensure they have all necessary equipment.
  • Monitor equipment, standards, and gate operations for vehicles.
  • Utilize Moveware to print and distribute job sheets and work tickets, actualize returned work tickets, and handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Document crew working hours to ensure accurate data records and WTD hours are followed.
  • Supervise and create load lists to guarantee cars are ready and loaded.
  • Monitor crew performance on all jobs, communicate with teams frequently, offer support, and provide guidance to handle ad hoc concerns and delays effectively.
  • Manage outside labor (contractor and agency workers).
  • Participate in company meetings, weekly and monthly team meetings, conference calls, and meetings with operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Coordination experience in the moving industry is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work with and support multiple teams.
