Role Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager will focus on nurturing existing client partnerships, taking charge of client retention and revenue growth within a designated portfolio. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of leading teams and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring optimal utilization of SWG's product suite.

Essential Skills:

  • Goal-oriented with robust negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to recognize, upsell, cross-sell, and finalize software and service revenue opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsive to client requirements, organized, and timely.
  • Strong writing and thorough documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within software solutions or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and supporting client accounts daily through proactive communication and regular meetings.
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Building and enhancing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed account plans.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and effective presentation skills.
  • Keeping accurate and current records in the CRM system.

Sales and Client Management:

  • Meeting sales revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities within the assigned client base.
  • Continuously developing existing client accounts to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensuring timely issuance and payment of client invoices, collaborating with the finance team on billing matters.
  • Coordinating with support teams to resolve client issues promptly and maintain client configuration information.
  • Engaging with management regarding sales opportunities within the client base.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the company's product offerings and competitive landscape.

Administrative Duties:

  • Creating and sharing detailed account plans with management.
  • Documenting sales proposals and meeting notes to maintain an accurate record of commitments and actions.

Marketing and Events:

  • Participating in sales meetings, events, and webinars relevant to clients and prospects.
  • Attending industry networking events to expand professional connections and stay informed on market trends.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored presentations for clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a supportive and collaborative team member with sales and other departments.
  • Performing other reasonable duties to ensure effective account management.
