Job Overview
Manpower UK Ltd has been retained by a prestigious client to engage a Group Customer Service Manager (Best Practices & OpEx) to drive strategic investment and growth within their organization.
This key role will report directly to the Group Managing Director and form strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, leading a medium-sized team to ensure a consistent, harmonious approach to customer satisfaction.
