A well-established and prestigious group, with a first-class product and robust customer base and supply chain, is seeking a Group Customer Service Manager (Best Practices & OpEx) to join their team. This role is due to strategic investment and growth within the group, as well as their desire to continuously improve and raise their internal standards and those of the industry for their customers.


As a key member of the group, you will report directly to the Group Managing Director and form strong relationships with other key senior stakeholders across the group (3 sites). You will lead and motivate a medium-sized team across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent, harmonious, 'one team' group approach to customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations, with experience in implementing best practices and operational excellence. They will be a subject matter expert in their field and have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
