Job Description

**Business Course Leader (Tutor) Full Time, 37 hours per week**

**£28,260 - £33,766 per annum**

**About the Role**

Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Course Leader to join our Business and Accounting Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional learning experiences to learners on both accredited and non-accredited programs, ranging from Level 2, Level 3, and Higher Education provision in the area of Business Enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, deliver, assess, and quality assure a range of outstanding employer-responsive Business qualifications.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning strategies to engage learners and promote academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their academic goals.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths.
  • Evidence of qualifications is required.
