Job Description

Job Title: Business Enterprise Leader

Job Summary:

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a highly skilled Business Enterprise Leader to join our Business and Accounting Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent learning experiences to learners on both accredited and non-accredited programs, ranging from Level 2, Level 3, and Higher Education provision in the area of Business Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, assess, and quality assure a range of outstanding employer-responsive Business qualifications.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Contribute to the development of the Business and Accounting Team, including the development of new programs and services.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to support their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths.
  • Evidence of qualifications is required.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in the delivery of Business qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
