**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support a healthy working environment by assisting managers and supervisors with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absenteeism, and flexible working applications.
* Deputise for the HR Manager as and when required.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and long-term business improvement projects.
* Support managers with site-wide training programs, maintain the annual training plan, and communicate any changes to employment law or company policies.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for new starters.
* Support payroll processing activities and manage any enquiries.

**Requirements:**
