Job Summary

The Customer Technical Compliance Manager plays a critical role in the development and execution of our technical compliance program. This key position requires a strong understanding of wholesale data centers, colocation, interconnection, cloud, managed solutions, and professional services. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously improve technical compliance processes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and develop design compliance statements, incorporating Vantage's latest schematics, diagrams, and features.
  • Provide technical support to the sales and solutions engineering team, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to review and close compliance checks, coordinating responses among internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the DIPs process across EMEA, working closely with the development delivery and design engineering team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Solutions Engineering, building and growing the role to meet the needs of VDC and its customers.
  • Develop solutions that reduce time and improve compliance reviews, engaging in detailed assessments of customer IT environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and a keen sense of aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team and customers.
