Job SummaryThe Customer Technical Compliance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our technical compliance program. This key position will work closely with our sales and solutions engineering teams to ensure that our clients' technical compliance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Compliance Process Management: Develop and continuously improve our technical compliance processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Design Compliance Statements: Track and develop design compliance statements, reviewing templates and incorporating Vantage's latest schematics, diagrams, and features.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to our sales and solutions engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to meet client needs.
- Client Requirements: Work with clients to review and close compliance checks, coordinate responses on compliance queries among VDC internal stakeholders.
- Compliance Process Improvement: Maintain a current understanding of the DIPs process of all developments across EMEA by collaborating with the development delivery and design engineering team.
- Solutions Engineering: Demonstrate a proactive approach to Solutions Engineering by building and growing the role to meet the needs of VDC and its customers.
- Compliance Assessment: Engage in detailed compliance assessment of customers' current and proposed IT environments.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers will be strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills and a feeling for aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team and clients.
