Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Water Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring adherence to the latest water legislation. Reporting directly to the Water Compliance Team Leader, your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough inspections of water supply systems within various industrial and commercial settings, following a structured inspection schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote, educate, and enforce Water Regulations pertaining to private water systems.
  • Review new supply applications, collecting essential information to formulate comprehensive responses in line with company conditions.
  • Monitor alterations to existing water supply systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, utilizing current information systems to document findings and notify relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies, ensuring a secure working environment.

This position is classified as safety and security critical. As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol screening prior to or within four weeks of starting the role. Failure to pass this screening may result in the revocation of the job offer.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of working independently while providing practical solutions. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with Water Regulations is crucial.

A valid driving license is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for this role. While a recognized qualification in plumbing, engineering, or Water Supply (Water Fitting) Regulation 1999 is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
