Senior Care Team Leader

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Clinical Leadership:**
- Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- Responsible for all clinical duties, including issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping.
- **Team Management:**
- Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams.
- Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported.
- **Relationship Building:**
- Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
- Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties.
**Requirements:**
- Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of Care Assistants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a 24/7 care team.
