Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote resident-centered care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current nursing registration and active PIN with no restrictions.
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a strong focus on delivering personalized care.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing situations and priorities.
