Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care and Companionship Specialist to join our team in the South Cheshire area. As a Care Professional, you will provide a range of services to support our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, companionship, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements
- No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
