We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our Care Community team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Care Community Support Managers, Coaches, Service Managers, and Clinical Leads.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple diaries and calendars to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs for meetings, as well as produce reports and presentations as required.
- Provide administrative support for the Care Community team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain social media platforms for the Care Community, creating engaging content and posting regular updates.
- Organize and attend Care Community events, conferences, and meetings as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Care Community team.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven minute-taking skills for complex, multi-agency meetings.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Relevant typing certificates and experience working in a confidential environment.
