Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as aiding residents with restricted mobility to move around the care home.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being. Our goal is to provide the highest standards of care and support, ensuring that each resident feels valued, respected, and empowered to make their own choices.

We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as alternate weekends. Our care home is open 24/7, and we require our Care Assistants to work a variety of shifts to ensure that our residents receive the care and support they need.
