Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and using the bathroom. You will also be responsible for promoting the residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
In addition to providing personal care, you will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation activities with residents, such as recreational and social activities. This will help to promote their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
Benefits of the Role- Competitive pay rates, including £11.54 per hour for days, £11.84 per hour for weekends, and £12.54 per hour for waking nights.

Shifts will be available across various times, including 7.00am - 11.00am, 7.00am - 15.00pm, 15.00pm - 22.00pm, and 22.00pm - 08.00am. You will be required to work alternate weekends.
