Clinical Development Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support the delivery of high-quality care in our nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

This role will involve overseeing clinical governance and quality of care initiatives, working closely with our teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to ensure high-quality care standards
  • Collaborate with nursing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical practice and leadership experience in a nursing setting
