Client Relations Coordinator
As a vital member of our team at Field Solutions Group, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client support services.

Your role will involve assisting the Client Services team by efficiently managing and documenting inquiries received through various communication channels.

You will be responsible for organizing the schedules of our field representatives to ensure that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients through various communication methods
  • Manage inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Ensure all client support interactions are recorded accurately, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Provide support to the team and perform general administrative tasks related to Client Services as needed
  • Address all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer initial support to clients whenever feasible, aiming for quick resolutions
  • Promote company protocols to build client trust and confidence.
Incident Support Documentation

  • Precisely document client support interactions, ensuring that the information provided by the client is accurately reflected
  • When necessary, escalate urgent inquiries, utilizing client knowledge and system data to meet expectations
  • Identify recurring issues, leveraging historical data to escalate and ensure client satisfaction
Client Inquiries and Complaints

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries directed to the department
  • Strive to resolve client issues at the first point of contact whenever possible
  • Escalate client service complaints, keeping clients informed and providing a point of contact as needed
  • Use client updates and information to ensure accurate data is maintained within the system
Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative or scheduling capacity.
  • Strong computer skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in the service management module of the company’s CRM system
