Client Relations Coordinator
As a vital member of our team, you will be stationed in a collaborative environment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client support.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Client Services team by efficiently managing and documenting inquiries received through various communication channels.

You will also be responsible for organizing the schedules of our field specialists to guarantee that client issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Provide support to the team by performing general administrative tasks related to client services as needed.
  • Deliver first-line assistance to clients whenever feasible, aiming for swift, remote solutions.
  • Log incidents accurately, ensuring that all client support requests are documented with precision.
  • Manage client inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary while keeping clients informed and providing them with a reliable point of contact.
  • Maintain a high level of computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability to become proficient in the service management module of the company’s CRM system within a short timeframe.
