The Position

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the smooth operation of the Management offices by delivering a thorough personal secretarial and administrative support service. This includes providing secretarial assistance, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing a variety of tasks across a broad spectrum of responsibilities.

  • Relevant qualifications in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a management support role
  • Proficiency in various software applications

Contract Details

This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

Location and Work Schedule

The role will be situated within the Management Team.
