**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CRC Recruitment Ltd. As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities across Daventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of our yards, including de-icing in winter and light groundwork such as removing weeds.
- Perform various property maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, to ensure our facilities are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, including painting and decorating.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
