Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Person to join a team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), covering two sites across Northamptonshire.

This is a varied role requiring someone who is an all-rounder in general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clean yards, including winter de-icing and light groundwork such as weed removal.
  • Handling various tasks and projects as assigned by the team leader.
  • Ensuring the overall maintenance of the sites, including equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
