About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to promoting independence and dignity for our service users. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting independence and dignity for service users
  • Valid DBS check and references
