Salary: £11.50 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time (5 hour, 16 hour, and 32 hour contracts available)
About Us: BluetownOnline Ltd is a leading provider of Supported Living Accommodation and Outreach Support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
Our Mission: We strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that enables our customers to live a happy and fulfilled life, assisting them to access the community and complete everyday tasks.
What We Offer:
- A variety of shifts available, including earlies, lates, one-to-ones, and sleeping shifts
- Full-time and part-time contracts: 5 hours, 16 hours, or 32 hours - permanent contracts
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.50 per hour
- Enhanced pay for overtime: £12.25 per hour for overtime in the week, £12.50 for overtime at the weekend, and up to double time for festive bank holidays
- Sleep shift hours are paid at £ per hour (11am-7am)
- Mileage contribution and flexible options for accrued holiday pay
Benefits:
- Generous bonus scheme: £170 for completing your probationary period (for full-time contracts)
- Refer a friend scheme: £200 to the person that makes the referral once the new candidate has completed their probationary period
Requirements:
- No experience in care is necessary
- Excitement to get into the care sector for the first time or experience in caring for others
