Department Head, Ladies Footwear, Luxury Retailer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual presentation and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
