Our Selfridges Partnership

We operate a thriving presence within the prestigious Selfridges department store, showcasing an extensive range of ladies', men's, and children's footwear from over 250 luxury brands. Our goal is to create an exceptional customer experience that combines the expertise of Kurt Geiger with the renowned service of Selfridges.

Your Role as a Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service within our Selfridges store. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they consistently exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, operational goals, and brand standards.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor that reflects our brand identity.
  • Stay abreast of fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively guide customers.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, with a focus on clienteling and exceptional service.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
  • A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a drive to achieve success.
