Job Title: Customer Support Helpdesk Engineer

At Stellar360, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Helpdesk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing daily engineering projects, scheduling appointments, and communicating with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.

We partner with a leading provider of communication solutions, renowned for their innovative technologies that have shaped industries for nearly a century.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily engineering projects, schedule appointments, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.
  • Log, triage, and direct support requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Allocate and re-allocate engineering resources based on priority, availability, and location.
  • Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Liaise with customers on project updates, preventative maintenance, and rental equipment collection.
  • Assist with order processing, stock management, and general office administration.
  • Create and distribute service reports, patch updates, and other required communications.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role, with customer support expertise.
  • IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems, data entry, and administrative tasks.
