Navigator is a global audience agency that accesses the 1st party data of the biggest airlines and travel booking sites globally. We are a combination of diverse backgrounds, collaborating to put forward innovative, creative and strategic solutions to drive the business towards its vision.
The Problem We're Solving
We have identified a big problem in the travel industry – the inability for brands and agencies to know where their customer is, and market to them at the exact moment they would likely purchase their product/service. By having access to a huge amount of 1st party travel data in EMEA and globally, we are able to build highly targeted audiences and allow brands to reach their potential customers.
Our Mission
We are on a mission to grow and realise the potential of this business and as our revenues scale quickly we need the best team to come in and help us grow revenues even more.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who loves winning and has the desire and energy to make things happen. You don't need years of sales experience, but you will need a commercial mind and be able to learn quickly.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in German is essential for this role
- Demonstrable history of performance within a B2B and / or Digital Sales environment is desirable but not essential
- Ideally has some understanding of digital and social media advertising
- A desire to see the world and embrace the wonder of travel
- Self-starter – we will be here to help and those who have been most successful here have also gone and self-taught and found more resources themselves
- An ability to regularly commute to our London office
