About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for graduates who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. As a Sales and Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles within the company, including sales support, customer relations, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend our World Class Sales Academy for initial training
  • Shadow operational and sales staff to gain hands-on experience
  • Work in sales support roles, including indoor sales, customer relations, and key accounts
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to local projects and initiatives within the company
Requirements
  • Minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject (Business-related disciplines preferred)
  • Full UK driving license or working towards it
  • Hardworking and ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in the field and providing excellent customer service
  • Motivated and eager to learn with a strong work ethic
