As a key member of our Live Entertainment Programming Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in managing, administering, and developing new business opportunities, special events, and recurring events for our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize Live Entertainment tenancy and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Event Management
    • Coordinate and execute events, including concerts, festivals, and conferences, to ensure seamless delivery and maximum revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement event strategies.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Live Entertainment industry.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Live Entertainment programming, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the UK music and events industry, with a network of contacts and relationships.
