ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be on discovering, assessing, and generating new sales opportunities to drive our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing departments to devise and implement strategies aimed at broadening our customer reach and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, demonstrate independence in their work, and exhibit a strong ambition to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Identify and assess potential new clients through various methods, including outreach calls, email initiatives, and social media engagement.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both prospective and current clients to advocate for our offerings.
  • Partner with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies that enhance sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new prospects and remain informed about industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Expansion team to create and execute lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM platform.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and other industry gatherings to showcase our services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly within SMB and Mid-Market sectors, with a proven track record.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and self-sufficiency.
