Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Damm Brewery. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Manchester region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regional and national wholesalers/distributors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
  • Driving license (for roles outside M25)
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs
  • A basic understanding of the on-trade beer sector
  • Some experience in achieving targets
  • Communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Relationship-building approach and personality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
