We are seeking a skilled Contract Programme Management Specialist to join our Connections Team at Electricity North West. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance and efficiency of our delivery partners' operations contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programme objectives are met.
  • Analyze and report on programme data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract programme management, with a strong understanding of connection processes from design to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with contractors and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and industry standards.
