About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sales and serving as the primary point of contact for potential homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Effectively manage sales generation by utilizing development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion.
  • Product Knowledge: Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Needs Assessment: Generate buy-in by effectively identifying the needs of potential homebuyers and matching related solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable Sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar, and Shared Ownership is required.
  • Relationship Building: Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer Care: Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literacy: IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
