About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Utilize development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships to effectively manage sales generation.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion.
  • Product Knowledge: Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of our home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify the needs of potential homebuyers and match related solutions to generate buy-in.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent customer care/customer service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
