Sales Consultant - New Homes
Kent - (site-based, Tuesday to Saturday)
Up to £36,225 basic salary plus £10,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of shared ownership or outright sale housing activities by delivering a proactive and tailored customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare completion of sale packs and arrange to meet buyers at their new homes to handover keys and introduce them to workings of the home and development.
- Closely monitor the progress of sales terminating offers where appropriate and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved reducing the financial risk to the Group.
- Regularly update sales progress reports.
- Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
- Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- New homes experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator.
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential - Car allowance and paid business mileage covered by Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd.
- 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday working week
- Guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off
