My client is a leading new build developer in the UK, with a portfolio of luxury housing developments in Essex and Kent.

The ideal candidate will have a stable employment profile and excellent customer service skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with customers face-to-face or via phone and email
  • Booking initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development
  • Travelling to all the developments in the area
  • Conducting viewings
  • Following up with customers after enquiries or viewings
  • Closing sales
  • Upkeep of the show homes and marketing suite
  • Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
  • Providing aftercare
