About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales negotiator to join our team, responsible for selling new homes to clients in Mandarin and Cantonese speaking markets. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with expert advice on new build properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for our clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on new build properties.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
