As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to potential buyers, handling sales inquiries, and building relationships with prospective buyers. You will also conduct viewings and tours of new homes, manage a portfolio of leads, and work closely with external partners to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice to potential buyers on the Shared Ownership scheme
* Handle all sales inquiries and guide customers through the sales process
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers
* Conduct viewings and tours of new homes
* Manage a portfolio of leads and ensure all customer records are up to date
* Work closely with external partners to ensure a smooth sales process

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in property sales or a similar sales-driven environment
* Strong understanding of the Shared Ownership scheme or a willingness to learn quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
