Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in driving the business development of Content across all Blackhawk channels. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with Content partners, including the Cyclescheme network, to maximize our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Cyclescheme network, ensuring day-to-day support, communication, and long-term relationships with Brand and retail partners.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with key partners and brands across the UK & Ireland, implementing a strong comms and engagement plan and regular comms across our partner network channels.
  • Support the Cyclescheme retail network across the UK and Ireland, including our rental network, and administer the Cyclescheme retailer requirements to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end process of onboarding new Cyclescheme UK or Ireland partners onto the Cyclescheme network, ensuring adherence to company processes, deadlines, and policies.
  • Facilitate the Cyclescheme retailer contract process, train and educate new partners on processes and Cycle to work guidance, and manage issue resolutions and escalation.
  • Implement partner training and webinars, support store visit strategy, and continuously review and process internal work instructions to support all Cyclescheme retail processes.
  • Work closely with our contact centre to support all Retailer Partner enquiries and ensure that all marketing campaigns are supported and managed in line with our incentives marketing requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience of assessing P&L and sales performance reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a flexible style, tenacious, and confident to positively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
