Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The following outcomes are expected from a successful Territory Sales Representative:

  • Oversee a designated region while showcasing comprehensive knowledge of prospective clients and competitors within this territory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Foster customer and branch relationships while collaborating with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management teams.
  • Engage in the development of value-driven solutions tailored to customers' logistics requirements, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary documentation. Provide support for accounts receivable collection when necessary.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and stay updated on Expeditors' Products and Services.
  • Engage with local trade organizations as directed by the District Sales Manager.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support company objectives.
