CPM United Kingdom Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling DeWalt products to trade outlets in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting trade and construction tool retailers in your territory to represent the DeWalt product range and maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieving sales growth across your territory by identifying and pursuing new business and product opportunities.
- Implementing promotional deals and planning effective strategies to promote them across your territory.
- Staying up-to-date with market and competitor activity, as well as customer trends, to inform your sales approach.
- Building strong relationships with in-store personnel and maintaining accurate records of contacts, product ranges, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of DeWalt products and the marketplace.
- Identifying and training in-store tool specialists to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Participating in commercial trade shows and events to promote the DeWalt brand and build relationships with industry professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and a passion for power tools and DIY.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of the trade sales industry and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- A full UK driving license and the ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
