About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, managing existing accounts, and developing clinical and commercial relationships within the dental sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target key accounts with growth potential
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental surgeons, practice managers, nurses, and receptionists
  • Manage and develop business within the territory, primarily selling through dealers to practices and dental schools
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Dental experience in sales or clinically (i.e. practice manager, nurse)
  • Documented new business successes on your CV
  • Happy to be client-facing 4 days per week, travelling across the region
  • Willing to cold call and proactively go after sales
  • Full driving license

What We Offer
  • Basic salary: £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • OTE 20% paid quarterly
  • Car: hybrid company car or allowance £650pcm
