Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of an efficient and professional admission point, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
