Job Summary

The Project Coordinator position is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to regional service line operations. This position is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and monitoring of reports from Business Warehouse/SAP systems
  • Set up and close out projects in PSE
  • Collaborate with Business and Relationship (B&R) and Account Executives to ensure timely project openings
  • Communicate delivery dates to customers
  • Assign projects to project handlers based on their availability
  • Ensure accurate and timely project invoicing
  • Coordinate with other TUV global offices for issuance of certificates
  • Manage and maintain documents, including work instructions, guidance documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist engineers with DIGIDOCS entry and sample handling
  • Plan and coordinate training and meetings
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service and/or project management
  • Previous experience working with consumer product safety standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in MS Office applications
  • Team player with self-motivation and a quick learning ability
